You can be active in 4 groups. Age is not important. Back or other physical problems? We try to do something about it. With lively music, we do our best to combat the "problem areas" and relieve tension. So, if you feel like having a sports lesson or two, you are welcome to come along. Everyone is welcome.

Back exercise group training in beautiful nature

Due to the gym closure, the back exercise groups for women and men

The regular exercise session was moved outside at short notice. Instructor Christiane Läufer offered special exercises with and without walking sticks. Everyone had a lot of fun and everyone was able to enjoy the beautiful, blossoming nature during the exercises.

We are a group of 21 women, some of whom cannot attend training every Monday, but on average we are always “well staffed” with 15 regular participants.


Our class includes warm-up, spinal gymnastics, progressive muscle relaxation and much more.


But we also do a lot of things together outside of practice sessions. Trips into the unknown or barbecues are part of our social interactions.

Healthy back exercises (women)

More and more people are suffering from back problems! But gymnastics can prevent this widespread ailment. We meet every Monday for an exercise session in which a lot of emphasis is placed on strengthening our spine, but the "rest" of our body is not forgotten either. A wealth of strengthening, relieving, mobility-preserving and straightening exercises await the participants in this exercise session. When do you want to start and do something for your body and mind? It is never too early and rarely too late to do something for your mobility! We are happy to welcome every new member. Healthy back exercises (men)

Back pain has increased enormously in frequency in recent decades. Many statisticians provide figures that prove that every second or third German citizen has painful experiences with their back. The idea is that everyone should be challenged, but not overwhelmed, so that different levels of an exercise are usually offered, from which everyone can choose their own level of difficulty. As a result, gymnastic training of the back muscles has now become the focus of the exercise classes. The men's weekly gymnastics classes are always well attended. Through posture training and targeted muscle strengthening, you learn to move your back correctly. Relaxation is also part of our program. Everyone takes part as best they can, because almost everyone has an "ache" somewhere. It is important that something is done at all, so that at the end of the gymnastics lesson you can say: "It's good that I did gymnastics."
